Products in development

Last updated: 14 October 2026

HANARI thinks about each product's role and how it feels in daily use first. Daily skincare is developed on a rice-and-fermentation base; haircare is being developed around a hinoki cypress-derived ingredient. Actual ingredients, full INCI lists, effects, sizes, final directions and availability will be confirmed and published product by product.

The range is designed with India's varied living conditions in mind, without treating every region, skin type or hair type as one. The references to daily life in India below describe the situations each product is meant to address — they are not proof of effect for Indian consumers. Expected benefits are development goals.

Clean Start Gel Cleanser

클린 스타트 젤 클렌저

From the first step of cleansing to how skin feels after rinsing

A gel cleanser in development for the everyday cleansing step. The goal is a foam that builds gently, rinses away easily, and leaves little residue or tightness after washing.

The concern it addresses
You want to wash sebum and everyday dirt from the skin's surface, but the stiff, tight feeling after a strong cleanse is a burden.
Development direction
We evaluate foam formation, cleansing coverage, rinse time, residue and after-wash feel together. Rich foam alone is not treated as proof of cleansing power or mildness.
Connection to daily life in India
We consider sweat and sebum on hot days and the need to cleanse after time outdoors, while looking at ways to reduce the cleansing burden on days when skin feels dry. How often to cleanse depends on your skin's state.
The experience we aim for
A cleansing step that combines a clean feel with comfort after washing.
Place in the routine
The cleansing step before serum and moisturizer. Depending on your makeup or sunscreen, a separate first cleanse may be needed. Amount and frequency follow the final directions.

The product is in development. Low-irritation performance, improvement of breakouts, fine-dust removal, and complete removal of sunscreen or waterproof makeup are not yet verified.

Even Days Serum

이븐 데이즈 세럼

A light serum step that layers under sunscreen and makeup

A daily serum in development, used after cleansing and before moisturizer. Within the rice-and-fermentation development direction, we prioritize a watery spread, low tack and shine, and a feel that layers comfortably with the next product.

The concern it addresses
You want to add a care step, but hesitate because of heavy serums, sticky finishes, and the pilling that appears when sunscreen or makeup goes on top.
Development direction
We evaluate spread, tack and surface shine after application, and layering with cream, sunscreen and makeup. How we describe hydration and the look of skin tone and radiance will be set within what the formula and finished-product evidence support.
Connection to daily life in India
We consider the stuffy feel of hot, humid days and the burden of layering in a morning routine. Claiming that this serum resolves pigmentation concerns from sun exposure would require separate efficacy verification.
The experience we aim for
A light serum feel that puts less burden on the next step. Lightness of feel does not mean faster absorption into the skin or a tone-brightening effect.
Place in the routine
The step after cleansing, before moisturizer. Use a separate sunscreen during the day.

The product is in development. Effects on skin tone and radiance, on the look of dark spots and uneven pigmentation, speed of absorption, and skin-barrier support are not yet verified.

Air-Fit Gel Cream

에어핏 젤 크림

A moisturizing finish that does not feel heavy

A gel cream in development for the step after serum. The goal is a soft, light spread with a moisturizing finish that leaves little tack or shine.

The concern it addresses
You need a moisturizer, but the heaviness or shine of a rich cream is a burden, and it pills when sunscreen is layered on top.
Development direction
We evaluate the balance between light spread and moisturizing feel, tack and shine after application, and how the cream combines with serum and sunscreen. Actual moisturizing performance and how long it lasts will be confirmed on the finished product.
Connection to daily life in India
We consider both the burden of a heavy finish on hot days and the need for moisture in conditions that feel dry. For very dry skin, this gel cream alone may not be enough.
The experience we aim for
A finish that keeps the moisturizing step comfortable without sitting heavily on the skin.
Place in the routine
The moisturizing step after serum. Use a separate sunscreen during the day. It is not a substitute for a massage cream or a sunscreen.

The product is in development. Long-lasting hydration, barrier support, non-comedogenic performance, improvement of breakouts, and UV protection are not yet verified.

Haircare

Airy Root Shampoo

에어리 루트 샴푸

The first step of washing scalp and hair

An everyday scalp-and-hair shampoo in development, with a hinoki cypress-derived ingredient as its development direction. Foam, rinse, and the scent during and after washing are being reviewed together.

The concern it addresses
You want to wash sebum and product residue from the scalp, but heavy residue after rinsing or stiff hair is a burden.
Development direction
We evaluate cleansing coverage for scalp and hair, foam formation, rinse and residue, scent, and after-wash feel. The form of the cypress-derived ingredient and whether it is actually included will be confirmed with the final ingredient list.
Connection to daily life in India
We consider sweat, sebum and activity levels on hot days, while washing frequency should match your scalp's oiliness and hair type. Recommending a strong daily cleanse for everyone is not the direction.
The experience we aim for
A scalp-and-hair cleanse that is easy to wash and rinse.
Place in the routine
A two-step routine: shampoo and rinse, then treatment on the lengths of the hair. Amount and frequency follow the final directions.

The product is in development. Effects on hair-loss relief, hair growth, dandruff, scalp anti-bacterial or anti-inflammatory action, and oil normalization are not yet verified. The imagery or scent of cypress is not evidence of these effects.

Soft Flow Treatment

소프트 플로우 트리트먼트

A soft finish for the lengths, after shampoo

A treatment in development for the lengths of the hair after shampoo. It shares the cypress-derived development direction, and we are reviewing the soft feel during application and after rinsing. It is not a scalp product.

The concern it addresses
The lengths of your hair feel rough or tangle easily, and you want to avoid a heavy finish.
Development direction
We evaluate spread, rinse, and the soft feel of the hair. Combing ease, frizz and weight are further items to confirm.
Connection to daily life in India
We consider how manageability changes with weather and damage. Claiming that this product resolves frizz on humid days or discomfort after hard-water washing would require testing under each condition.
The experience we aim for
Hair care that finishes softly after shampoo. Any effect on tangling or frizz will be scoped after testing.
Place in the routine
Apply to the lengths after shampoo. We do not direct it onto the scalp. Leave-on time and rinsing follow the final directions.

The product is in development. Restoration of hair structure, complete recovery of damage, permanent straightening, heat protection, hair-loss relief, and removal of hard-water minerals are not yet verified.

Oil Balance & Scalp Comfort Ampoule

Working name · development concept

A comfortable scalp, light roots

A scalp-only ampoule that starts from a common combination: a scalp that gets oily fast yet feels itchy, with visible flakes that keep coming back. We are developing a leave-on watery or thin-gel texture applied directly to the scalp after washing, prioritising light hydration and comfort, with little stickiness, clumping or flat roots. It is distinct from Soft Flow Treatment, which is for the lengths.

The concern it addresses
The scalp turns oily quickly but also feels tight or itchy, and visible flakes recur. You want to add a scalp step, but heavy oils or sticky serums make hair look greasy or roots fall flat.
Development direction
We evaluate ease of application, hydration, in-use discomfort, drying time, tackiness and residue, hair clumping and root flatness. Any wording about oiliness, itch or visible flakes will be set only within what the final formula, finished-product evaluation and Indian labelling rules support. A strong menthol feel or fragrance is not treated as evidence of soothing. Whether and how a hinoki-derived ingredient is used is decided at formula review.
Connection to daily life in India
We consider scalp oiliness on hot, humid days and the sticky, heavy feel leave-on products can have. Climate alone is not assumed to cause scalp concerns; we look at differences by region, season, washing habits and scalp condition. Removing hard-water minerals or solving hard-water hair loss is not a target claim.
The experience we aim for
An easy scalp step between washes that does not sit heavily on the roots. Scalp hydration and comfort are development goals; one product is not promised to solve every concern of both oily and dry scalps.
Place in the routine
A separate step for the scalp, not the lengths, after shampoo and any rinse. Whether to use it on a wet or dry scalp, plus amount, frequency and exact order, will be set after final formulation and usability evaluation. Combining it with scalp oils or other scalp products needs separate checking, and it is not a step everyone needs daily.

This product is in development. Hydration, soothing, low irritation, oil control, reduced itch or flakes and dandruff prevention are unverified. It is not designed to treat hair loss, regrow hair or treat seborrheic dermatitis, and does not promise antibacterial, anti-inflammatory or scalp-microbiome effects. Fragrance-free status and actual hinoki content are not final. If you have severe itching, redness, oozing, pain or sudden hair loss, see a doctor before using cosmetics. Wording printed on the image is not a final specification.

Professional line

A line in development for estheticians and skincare professionals, for use in the treatment room. The numbers follow the order of a professional treatment. It shares its development base with the daily line, but the context of use — under a professional's hands — is different. Final specifications, how the line will be sold, and the scope of usage training will be confirmed and published product by product.

Clean Start Gel Cleanser

클린 스타트 젤 클렌저

The professional cleanse that opens a treatment

A cleanser in development for preparing the skin before a treatment begins. It shares its development base with the daily version, while rinse and residue are reviewed for use under a professional's hands.

The concern it addresses
Sebum and surface dirt need to be cleared before a treatment, but a harsh cleanse that sensitizes the skin affects every step that follows.
Development direction
We evaluate foam formation, rinse time and after-wash residue in the professional-use context. We claim nothing beyond preparing the skin for a treatment.
Connection to daily life in India
Treatments often begin on skin carrying the sweat and sebum of a hot day, so we weigh cleansing burden against the need for a clean start.
The experience we aim for
Skin left comfortably prepared for the next step of the treatment.
Place in the routine
The first step of a professional treatment (01 Cleanse). It is not directed as a replacement for a home cleanser.

The product is in development. Low-irritation performance, improvement of breakouts, fine-dust removal, and complete removal of sunscreen or waterproof makeup are not yet verified.

Prep Hydrating Toner

프렙 하이드레이팅 토너

A professional toner that settles skin after cleansing

A toner in development for refining the skin's surface right after cleansing and preparing the steps that follow. Application by cotton pad or by hand is being reviewed together.

The concern it addresses
When skin feels tight or rough after cleansing, the next steps do not apply evenly.
Development direction
We evaluate spread by application method, the feel of absorption, and the impression of a settled, hydrated surface. Hydration claims will be set within what the formula and finished-product evidence support.
Connection to daily life in India
We consider post-cleanse tightness across air-conditioned rooms, dry seasons and hot, humid days.
The experience we aim for
Skin that feels calmly settled after cleansing, so the next step goes on evenly.
Place in the routine
The second step of a treatment (02 Prep), between cleansing and the main steps. It is not a substitute for a standalone moisturizer.

The product is in development. Hydration performance, exfoliation, refinement of skin texture, and faster absorption of following products are not yet verified.

Facial Massage Cream

페이셜 마사지 크림

A professional massage cream that supports the movement of the hands

A cream in development for facial massage in the treatment room. The goal is slip that lasts through the massage and a finish that is easy to wipe away or work in.

The concern it addresses
If a cream sinks in too fast or clumps, the movement of the hands breaks; if it is too heavy, the finish becomes a chore.
Development direction
We evaluate lasting slip after application, how the texture changes during massage, and the feel of removal and finish. Claiming effects of massage itself requires separate verification.
Connection to daily life in India
We review a finish that does not feel overly greasy even in hot, humid conditions.
The experience we aim for
A massage step in which the movement of the hands continues without breaking.
Place in the routine
The third step of a treatment (03 Massage). It is not a substitute for a daily moisturizer.

The product is in development. Improved circulation, relief of puffiness, lifting, and recovery from fatigue are not yet verified. The effect of massage movements is not an effect of the product.

Even Days Serum

이븐 데이즈 세럼

A professional serum for the intensive step of a treatment

A professional-use serum in development, applied after massage. It shares the rice-and-fermentation development direction with the daily version, while viscosity and finish are reviewed for how a treatment room applies it.

The concern it addresses
A serum for the intensive step feels absent if too light, and overlaps with the mask step that follows if too heavy.
Development direction
We evaluate viscosity, tack after application, and combination with the mask step. How we describe the look of skin tone and radiance will be set within what the formula and finished-product evidence support.
Connection to daily life in India
We consider a feel that does not sit heavily on hot, humid days. Claiming that this serum resolves pigmentation concerns would require separate efficacy verification.
The experience we aim for
An intensive step that settles comfortably on skin after massage.
Place in the routine
The fourth step of a treatment (04 Serum). Use a separate sunscreen during the day.

The product is in development. Effects on skin tone and radiance, on the look of dark spots and uneven pigmentation, speed of absorption, and skin-barrier support are not yet verified.

Modeling Mask

모델링 마스크

A professional mask that covers the skin before the finish

A modeling mask in development for application after serum in the treatment room. We are reviewing the mix-with-water, set-and-peel format, together with working time and ease of removal.

The concern it addresses
A mask that sets too fast is hard to apply evenly, and one that crumbles on removal makes the finish a chore.
Development direction
We evaluate working time after mixing, setting speed, how cleanly it peels away, and the feel of the finish. Cooling or hydrating claims will be set after verification.
Connection to daily life in India
We consider ease of use in warm conditions, without claiming a cooling sensation as an effect.
The experience we aim for
A step that covers and settles the skin like the climax of a treatment.
Place in the routine
The fifth step of a treatment (05 Mask). It is not directed as a replacement for a home sheet mask.

The product is in development. Cooling, soothing, hydrating, and pore-tightening effects are not yet verified.

Air-Fit Gel Cream

에어핏 젤 크림

A professional gel cream that closes a treatment

A gel cream in development for finishing a treatment after the mask. It shares its development direction with the daily version, while spread and residue are reviewed for the finishing context.

The concern it addresses
If the final cream is heavy, sunscreen or makeup applied afterward pills; if too light, the finish feels incomplete.
Development direction
We evaluate the balance of light spread and a moisturizing finish, and tack and shine after application. Actual moisturizing performance and how long it lasts will be confirmed on the finished product.
Connection to daily life in India
We consider the burden of a heavy finish on hot days.
The experience we aim for
A finish in which treated skin feels settled without weight.
Place in the routine
The sixth step of a treatment (06 Finish). Use a separate sunscreen during the day.

The product is in development. Long-lasting hydration, barrier support, non-comedogenic performance, and UV protection are not yet verified.

Using the products

Final directions and precautions will be provided once confirmed for each product. The right product and frequency can differ with the state of your skin, scalp and hair. If irritation or an abnormal reaction occurs, stop use and consult a professional where needed. Cosmetics are not a substitute for the diagnosis or treatment of skin or scalp conditions.

Where a product image is a development concept, it is labelled as such. Ingredient, size, origin or efficacy text printed on an image should not be taken as the final product specification.
